Use automated systems to access our services without permission
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Fair Play: Attempts to manipulate ratings, create fake accounts, or submit fraudulent data will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant shooting sports organizations.

5. Rating System

You understand and acknowledge that:

PewScore ratings are estimates based on available match data
Ratings are not official classifications from any shooting sports organization
Ratings may fluctuate based on new data and algorithm improvements
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any ratings
Historical ratings may be recalculated as our methods improve

6. Intellectual Property

PewScore and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PewScore and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code or algorithms

7. User Content

By submitting content (such as your display name or profile information), you grant PewScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Third-Party Services

PewScore may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PEWSCORE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of ratings or data
Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEWSCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
Damages resulting from rating calculations or rankings

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PewScore in the past 12 months, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PewScore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:
